The Entrepreneur’s Source Career Ownership Coach
2007 – Present
Prior to being a franchise owner as a career ownership coach with The Entrepreneur’s Source, Tom was an Operation Manager for many years. In 1996 he decided to enter franchise ownership and was a multi-unit owner of a national franchise and their largest operator. Tom was also an area developer and supported over 45 single-unit coaching franchises. He has an extensive knowledge of franchising and a strong leadership background. Tom has been married to my wife Elaine for over 35 years and has two children and three grandchildren. He is a power and glider pilot on the US Soaring Team.
